The location was very convenient to the airport. It made catching my early flight quite easy. I found the staff friendly and check-in was quick. it was a fantastic experience. I would stay here again. The breakfast variety was also good.
The hotel is tucked away amongst loading zones. I found the walk from the train station a little uneven, with some roadway crossings to negotiate. It was not a major issue, but it's something to be aware of.

The location is excellent. It is near Birmingham Airport. There are clear directions from Birmingham International Rail Station, and i found the walk taking approximately ten minutes. This makes the hotel easily accessible.

My room was spacious. It was also clean. The bed proved very comfortable, and the room was quiet. Tea and coffee facilities were available for use throughout my stay.

The staff was helpful. They quickly addressed my requests. The bar had a good selection. Breakfast included freshly made fried eggs, even though they weren't on the standard menu. This was a nice touch. The location offers easy access to nearby attractions.

the hotel's location near the nec was convenient for my event. i found clear directions from the train station, a walk of about 10 minutes. the hotel room included a kettle, an ironing board and a work table. the queen room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
during my stay, the air conditioning in my room did not work. this was inconvenient, especially as it was a warm day. i found it a bit dated, but nothing that really bothered me.

the breakfast had many options, including hot items. there was a good choice of food available at the bar. a complimentary drink was offered, a very lovely touch that i really appreciated.
